Project Overview
Olympus is a premium residential development by Ankers & Rawlings, positioned to capture panoramic harbour views and deliver a refined waterfront lifestyle. Fabricatr was commissioned to create a complete marketing identity that reflected the quality of the architecture, the exclusivity of the location and the aspirations of the target buyer.
Our objective was to establish a visual language that felt elegant, timeless and confident while differentiating the scheme within a competitive luxury property market.
Design Approach
The branding centred around a restrained and sophisticated aesthetic. A refined typographic system, muted coastal-inspired colour palette and carefully considered layouts were developed to mirror the development's premium positioning.
Every touchpoint was designed to enhance perceived value, from brochure design and advertising creative through to supporting marketing collateral. Particular attention was given to balancing luxury with clarity, ensuring the development's key selling points remained front and centre throughout the buyer journey.
Outcome
The final identity successfully positioned Olympus as an aspirational waterfront address within one of the South Coast's most desirable locations. The marketing materials provided a cohesive and premium presentation across both print and digital channels, helping communicate the quality of the development and strengthening buyer confidence from first impression through to enquiry.
