An image-led brand and website for bespoke South Coast homes.
Fabricatr was brought in to create a brand and digital presence that reflected the quality of the homes themselves — calm, refined and quietly confident.
We developed a considered visual identity and image-led website experience built around architectural photography, elegant typography and generous space. The direction deliberately moved away from traditional property development branding, creating something warmer, more editorial and more design-focused.
THE APPROACH
Luxury property development is a crowded space, with many brands relying on the same visual language, messaging and highly corporate presentation.
H+S Homebound needed to communicate craftsmanship, architectural quality and attention to detail without feeling like a conventional developer. The brand needed to feel established and premium while retaining the personal character behind the business.
The website also needed to work as more than a portfolio, giving prospective buyers and partners an immediate understanding of the brand while creating clear routes into individual projects and enquiries.
THE SOLUTION
We created a restrained visual system inspired by contemporary architecture and coastal living, using warm neutral tones, refined typography and generous spacing to give the brand a calm, premium character.
The website was approached more like an architectural journal than a traditional developer site, allowing full-screen imagery, considered layouts and project storytelling to lead the experience.
Built in Framer, the site was structured around reusable components and responsive layouts, making it easy for H+S Homebound to introduce new developments while maintaining a consistent visual language.
The finished experience brings identity, photography and digital design together into one cohesive system — creating a brand that feels considered, contemporary and representative of the homes H+S Homebound creates.
