A marine brand inspired by movement, flow and reflection.
Fabricatr was brought in to create an identity that better reflected the precision and craftsmanship behind the service. The ambition was to move away from the conventional visual language of marine maintenance and create something that felt more considered, premium and distinctive.
We developed a refined visual identity inspired by the movement and flow of the sea, combining fluid forms with restrained typography and a clean, understated design system. The brand was designed to feel equally at home within a working boatyard or alongside a high-end superyacht.
THE APPROACH
Marine detailing is a highly skilled service, but the branding within the sector often fails to communicate the level of precision, expertise and care involved.
Marine Aesthetics needed an identity that could position the business at the premium end of the market without becoming overly corporate or disconnected from the hands-on nature of the work.
The system also needed to perform across very different environments, from small-format print and workwear through to marina signage, workshop spaces and applications alongside large vessels.
THE SOLUTION
We built the identity around a fluid visual language influenced by water, movement and reflection, creating a brand that feels distinctly marine without relying on predictable nautical symbols.
A minimal typographic system and restrained art direction give the identity a calm, technical quality, while the graphic language introduces movement and recognisability across every touchpoint.
The brand was then considered across a wider physical ecosystem, including workwear, business cards, boatyard signage, workshop containers, marina furniture and large-scale vessel applications.
The result is a flexible identity that feels precise, crafted and premium — giving Marine Aesthetics a visual presence capable of matching the quality of the work itself.
